Consultation on the Masterplan for SGS10 has now ended. All comments will be processed by CCC and all feedback will be considered and modifications made ahead of determination and adoption of the Masterplan.
Why were we asking for your information?
It is important that both Chelmsford City Council and the site promoters (through Development Communications) understand your views on the Masterplan for land north of South Woodham Ferrers, owing to you living or working in South Woodham Ferrers.
Your comments will be considered by the Council and further evolution of the Masterplan considered. The results of the consultation may also be shared publicly, but no personal information that could identify individual respondents will be included within any publicised results of the consultation.
How the information you provide will be used.
Development Communications is a registered Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). DevComms will process any personal data lawfully in line with the principle of Legitimate Interests as defined in GDPR.
At DevComms, we take your privacy seriously. Any personal information that you provide to us will be held securely and will be securely destroyed as soon as it is no longer required. Your details will be shared with the Council for the purposes of understanding your views on the Masterplan, but under no circumstances will personal data be shared with third parties or for direct marketing purposes.
Can we contact you again?
The site promoters, through DevComms, would like to keep your details so that we can send you future information about the proposals, such as details on future planning applications for the site once the Masterplan is approved by the Council.
You do not have to provide your contact details but it does help us when writing to you again.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the information that you have provided us, to have the data corrected if you believe it is inaccurate, to restrict it for processing, to object to your data being processed based on legitimate interests or to have your data deleted.
DevComms does not use automated data processing.
At the end of the public consultation period all feedback received by CCC as part of Stage 2 public consultation will be considered by CCC and modifications made, where appropriate, by the promoters, prior to the Masterplan being considered for adoption by CCC.
